80 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the possible options, if any, available to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal in relation to headage payments in view of the fact that a five year lease cannot be signed on the land if he is renting; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
