84 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Equality and Law Reform if he will make a financial subvention from the budget of his Department to fund the work of the Council for the Status of People with Disabilities in 1997; the amount of subvention he envisages for this council; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department's Estimate for 1997 provides for payment of a grant of £100,000 in 1997 to fund the work of the Council for the Status of People with Disabilities.
