41 Mr. Clohessy asked the Minister for Finance the plans, if any, the Office of Public Works has for Cullenswood House, Oakley Road, Ranelagh, Dublin 6. [24171/96]
I propose to take Questions Nos. 30 and 41 together.
The Office of Public Works has no plans for Cullenswood House as it is leased to Cumann Theach Feadha Cuileann Teoranta, Cullenswood House Association Ltd., for a term of 21 years from 1 September 1988. The objective of this association is to restore the premises as a museum of the Irish language.
