Decommissioning Bill, 1996: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to make provision in relation to the decommissioning of firearms, ammunition and explosives and for that purpose to make provision in relation to a commission established by agreement between the Government and the Government of the United Kingdom and to provide for related matters.
