As my Department was constituted in January 1993, the question of air transport being used by me or any of my officials in the years 1980 or 1990 does not arise.

I replied to a question from the Deputy on 10 December regarding the cost to my Department of air transport in 1996. The comparative figures now being sought by the Deputy for the years 1980 and 1990 do not arise as my Department was only established in January 1993.
