Vol. 473 No. 3

Written Answers. - Cemetery Preservation.

John O'Leary

Question:

96 Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht in relation to the Kilcummin old cemetery ruin near Killarney, County Kerry, if he will have arrangements made to pin the stone work and restore the western gable at an early date, taking into account the fact that there is a preservation order on this ruin and cemetery; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25086/96]

Kilcummin old cemetery is the responsibility of Kerry Councy Council and the question of carrying out work there is a matter for that authority in the first instance.
