148 Mr. N. Ahern asked the Minister for Education when construction will commence of Blanchardstown regional technical college, Dublin 15; whether allocation for the construction of this regional technical college has been included in the 1997 Estimates; and if so, the amount of allocation. The provision of capital funding for the construction of a new regional technical college at Blanchardstown will not arise until such time as the planning, both educational and architectural, has been completed.
