243 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he has received a proposal from the Finnish Minister of Agriculture, mirrored on the Russian agreement, regarding the export of Irish beef; and if so, the action, if any, he intends to take in this regard. [25093/96]

The position is that there are no restrictions on the export of Irish beef to Finland and no proposal has been received from the Finish Minister of Agriculture on this matter.
