43 Mr. O'Dea asked the Minister for Justice if she will publish the letter written by the Attorney General on 1 November 1996, advising that Judge Dominic Lynch appeared to still be a member of the Special Criminal Court and which stated that this could create legal difficulties. [24541/96]
