145 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice if she will expedite the issue of a map for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that all details requested have been submitted for at least two weeks and the delay is causing financial hardship. [2462/97]
As the Deputy will be aware from my previous answers to his questions on this case, there is no application currently pending for a copy map on this folio and that this dealing refers to an application for transfer of part on sale. As I further informed the Deputy on 30 October last, this dealing could not proceed until the queries raised on one of the associated dealings were dealt with.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that replies to queries raised on this associated dealing have been recently received and are being examined. If these replies are satisfactory, work can then proceed on the dealing referred to.
