125 Mr. Nolan asked the Minister for Education when improvement works which have been requested for some years to Monastery boys' national school, Tullow, County Carlow, will be carried out; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [2431/97]
A number of applications for improvement works to Monastery boy's national school, Tullow, County Carlow have been received by my Department.
A decision on the funding of these works must be taken in the light of existing project commitments for 1997 and the funding that will be available this year. These issues are under consideration at present. Accordingly, I am not in a position to say when works will commence.
