Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the member in each case: (1) Deputy Costello — the need to provide statutory protection for listed buildings; (2) Deputy Andrews and Deputy McDaid — the need to call on the British Government to initiate a new investigation into the shooting of 14 people in Derry on 31 January 1972; (3) Deputy Seán Ryan — the need to address the obnoxious smell emanating from the Loughshinny Shore Station, north County Dublin, which is having an effect on the residents and on the children of Loughshinny and parts of Rush, County Dublin; (4) Deputy Shortall — the urgent need to approve Dublin Corporation plans for the redevelopment of the Ballymun estate, Dublin; (5) Deputy O'Hanlon — the need to alleviate the anxiety of the shareholders in group water schemes and to ensure equity between urban dwellers and those dependent on group water schemes in rural Ireland; (6) Deputy Joe Walsh — that the decision to cut the butter voucher scheme by 50 per cent be reversed; (7) Deputy Ó Cuív — an tábhacht atá ann go dtabharfar aitheantas buan do Choláiste na Coiribe, scoil dara leibhéal IánGhaelach i nGaillimh, agus go gcuirfear suíomh buan ar fáil don scoil seo; (8) Deputy Raphael Burke — the need for immediate action to ensure that there is a new inquiry into the massacre on Bloody Sunday in view of the new evidence which has now become available; (9) Deputy Seán Kenny — the recent rise in the price of drink by publicans in Dublin city; (10) Deputy Creed — the recently announced increase in the price of drink; (11) Deputy O'Rourke — the outcome of talks in relation to the rise in drink prices and the plans for action; (12) Deputy Brendan Smith — the need to progress the proposed health care unit at Cootehill, County Cavan.

The matters raised by Deputies Raphael Burke, Brendan Smith, O'Hanlon and O'Rourke have been selected for discussion.
