169 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Education if her attention has been drawn to the need for additional staff in St. Vincent's School, Seatown Place, Dundalk, County Louth; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [2940/97]

My Department has received an application for additional staffing from the authorities of this school. The application is being considered and I will advise the Deputy of the outcome in the near future.
