68 Miss M. Wallace asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs whether his Department has been responsible for completing questionnaires circulated by the UN special rapporteur on the rules for the equalisation of opportunities for people with disabilities; and, if so, the nature of all replies to these questionnaires. My Department is not responsible for the completion of questionnaires such as the one mentioned in the Deputy's question.

The UN questionnaire on the implementation of the standard rules on the equalisation of opportunity for people with disabilities has been referred to the Department of Equality and Law Reform for completion.
