Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the registration referred to by the Deputy involves a Land Commission schedule. In the case of such schedules, the property is deemed to be registered as of date of vesting by the Land Commission. I understand that queries have issued to the Land Commission on a number of matters for clarification and their reply is awaited. It is not possible to estimate a completion date at this stage.
