Question:107 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Finance if he will review a tax free allowance in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Laois. [4414/97]
Written Answers. - Tax Reliefs.
I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that a tax-free allowance certificate was issued to the taxpayer on 10 February 1997 in accordance with current information on record. However, details of her maintenance payments, part of which are taxable, have been requested. On receipt of these details any further adjustment necessary will be made to her tax-free allowances.
