Before proceeding further today, I am sure Members would wish to join with me in extending a warm welcome to Mr. Yves Deniaud, Chairman of the French-Irish Parliamentary Friendship Group, and the other members of the French delegation, who are present. We express the ardent hope that their visit to Ireland will be most happy and successful.
