Question:227 Kathleen Lynch asked the Minister for Education the current position in relation to title of the old national school at Quay Road, Dungloe, County Donegal. [4484/97]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
The title to the old national school at Quay Road, Dungloe was never held by the Department of Education. Therefore, I cannot give the Deputy accurate information regarding the current holder of the title. My Department no longer has an interest in the property and this was confirmed to St. Columba's Diocesan Trust by way of a legal indenture dated 11 June 1996. As far as my Department is concerned the matter has been finalised since that date.
