301 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for the Marine further to his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 141 of 12 February 1997, if he will have arrangements made to have the evidence referred to made available to the liquidator and the High Court. [4457/97]

As I have already advised, this is essentially an operational matter for Dublin port and I have no role or jurisdiction in the matter.

I have, however, asked Dublin Port and Docks Board to make all relevant documents referred to by the Deputy available to the liquidator.
