194 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for Education when she will make funding available for Kingscourt Amateur Boxing Club and Youth Centre (details supplied) in County Cavan; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [4860/97]

I confirm that my Department has received an application from Kingscourt Amateur Boxing Club and Youth Centre for assistance under the recreational facilities scheme. A decision in the matter will be made as soon as possible.
