Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I wish to refer the Deputy to Question No. 143 of 23 January 1997 when I indicated that further queries on this matter were issued to the lodging solicitor on 21 January 1997 and that the matter could not proceed until the queries raised were satisfactory discharged.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the same query reissued to the lodging solicitor on 20 February 1997 and replies are still awaited.
