Before proceeding further, I am sure Members wish to join me in extending a warm welcome to the Honourable Mr. Michael Field, Member of the Tasmanian House of Assembly and Leader of the Opposition, and the other members of the delegation who are with us today. We express the hope that their visit to Ireland will be most happy and successful. On my behalf and on behalf of all the Members of Dáil Éireann, I extend to them a hearty céad míle fáilte, a hundred thousand welcomes.
