Question:47 Mr. Foley asked the Minister for the Environment when he will sanction and make the necessary funding available for the Ballyhegue sewerage scheme, County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3082/97]
Written Answers. - Water and Sewerage Schemes.
I have recently approved the preliminary report for this scheme and, under my Department's water and sewerage services work programme for 1997, the scheme is to be advanced through the planning and design stage. I expect that the scheme will be ready to go to construction in 1998.
