188 Mr. J. Walsh asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to issue a title to persons (details supplied) in County Cork in view of the fact that a land commission map is urgently required since these persons have sold part of their land for forestry purposes. [5688/97]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the information supplied is insufficient to trace the matter in the Land Registry. If the Deputy can let me have a schedule number or any other Land Registry reference which may be available I will have further inquiries made in the matter.
