108 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for the Environment the number of houses which have been built in Tullyallen over the past ten years by Louth County Council; when the existing development as sanctioned by him will be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5621/97]

My Department's records show that 36 houses were completed by Louth County Council at Tullyallen in the ten years 1987-96. Returns received from the council indicate that the six house scheme currently under construction at Tullyallen is expected to be completed next November.
