210 Mr. O'Donoghue asked the Minister for Justice the number of separate properties which have been registered under the compulsory land registration scheme; and the revenue from such registration in each county in each of the past five years. [6332/97]
I understand from the Registrar of Titles that the compilation of the information sought by the Deputy relating to properties and revenue would entail an inordinate amount of time and staff resources. To extract the information even at folio level would involve the examination of individual folios to distinguish between compulsory and voluntary registrations.
