Question:110 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Justice if she will request the Land Registry to compile a proper dealing under section 49 for a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath. [7314/97]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing, as the Deputy states, refers to an application under section 49 i.e. acquisition of title by virtue of long possession of the Registration of Title Act, 1964. The application was refused in June 1996 and the applicant's solicitor was advised of the registrar's ruling in the matter.
