126 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht the total cost of mobile telephones and their use for the year ending 1996 for personnel working in his Department; and the estimated costs for 1997. [8535/97]

the expenditure in question which includes the purchase of mobile telephones was £60,648 in 1996. The estimated expenditure for 1997 is £47,300.
