Some 130 CFP applicants who were written to in line with the revised procedures announced last year have not responded to date. A further 45 applications under CFP and 37 under dairy hygiene were withdrawn following an initial inspection by officials of my Department. The level of payments made under the CFP and hygiene schemes reflects the level of works satisfactorily completed to the Department's specification.
