I am informed by the Register of Titles that this application for transfer, which was lodged on 4 November 1996 is currently being queried with the lodging solicitor and that a reply is awaited. I understand that on receipt of a satisfactory reply the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible by the Land Registry.
