122 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Defence if he will agree to the transfer of use of a water supply from his Department's lands (details supplied) from the current houseowner to the new houseowners in County Cork. [9402/97]

The Department of Defence is agreeable to the granting of a licence to cover the continued supply of water to the new owners.
