Question:92 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for the Environment if a person (details supplied) in County Cork will qualify for grant-aid to install a water pump under the recently announced scheme. [11701/97]
I propose to take Questions Nos. 91 and 92 together.
I announced details of the new grant scheme yesterday and application forms will be available from county councils very shortly. It will be a matter for the councils to decide grant applications.
