Question:222 Mr. Bree asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when he will be in a position to provide a full reply to Deputy Bree to Parliamentary Question No. 247 of 19 March 1997. [11999/97]

The person concerned was offered a bog plot in 1983. As he did not take up this plot it was allotted to another individual. A further attempt was made in 1984 to accommodate the person concerned by allotting him another plot of turbary on the same estate.
Again the matter was not concluded. Should the person wish to proceed at this stage he should contact my Department.
