235 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Education the cost to date of all ministerial photography in her Department since December 1994; if she will give a breakdown of such costs for herself and the Ministers of State at her Department. [12957/97]

The cost of ministerial photography in my Department from December, 1994 to date is as follows:

Minister	£8,409.19
Minister of State (B. Allen TD)	£7,051.63
Minister of State (A. Currie TD)	£1,273.72

Photographic services are used as part of the Department's communication strategy, seeking to promote awareness among the public on new education initiatives, schemes, and education information campaigns.
