Question:225 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Finance when the expert report on the flooding in Clonmel, County Tipperary, will be published; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14897/97]
Written Answers - Flood Report.
The preliminary report prepared by the consultants commissioned by the Office of Public Works to investigate the causes of flooding in Clonmel, County Tipperary is currently being updated to include information collected from the last flooding event in August. The revised updated report is expected by mid-October. It will then be considered by officials of the Office of Public Works who will subsequently communicate with the local authorities on the matter.
