450 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands the number of non-established civil servants employed in her Department and by the Ministers of State at her Department; their status and function; the costs in terms of salary or consultancy fees; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I assume the Deputy is referring to unestablished staff employed in my office and that of the Minister of State at my Department. The details are as follows:
