Question:571 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Education if changes (details supplied) will be implemented in the 1998 leaving certificate to allow students who have obtained a Grade E on higher level papers in one of the mandatory subjects to resit in the same year, under certain circumstances, the same mandatory subject in ordinary level, thus allowing them a college place.
