Written Answers. - Defence Forces Training.
The Defence Forces have the ability to carry out subunit and unit collective training. In the current year six company group exercises and one battalion group exercise were conducted as collective training exercises by the Defence Forces.
All battalions in the proposed new organisation were accordingly exercised up to at least company level, together with appropriate participation by elements from other corps.
