190 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will consider an application submitted to his Department by Westmeath County Council for an extension of a sewerage scheme from the Dublin Road, Mullingar to Marlinstown in order to facilitate important residential and industrial developments at this location; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Given the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage investment programme, I cannot say when it may be possible to approve this proposal.
