123 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when he will make a decision on the continuation of the northern motorway route in the vicinity of Swords, County Dublin, in view of the fact that the public oral hearing took place in 1996. [15836/97]

I intend to make a decision on the northern motorway scheme 1995 Airport to Balbriggan by-pass and the associated environmental impact statement as soon as possible.
