Written Answers. - X-Case Decision.
The report of the Constitution Review Group suggests possible approaches and different options to deal with the decision of the Supreme Court in the X case. These different approaches have yet to be considered by the All-Party Committee on the Constitution.
A Green Paper is also proposed to deal with the issues arising from the X case. The mechanisms by which the Green Paper can most effectively be prepared are being considered.
