113 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will have arrangements made to have an application by a person (details supplied) in County Mayo finally concluded under his Department's REP scheme and payment issued; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16470/97]

This application is one of a number relating to a large estate in County Mayo.

The planner concerned has been requested to clarify all the entitlements on the estate to determine the areas eligible for REPS. When this has been done the application in question will be further processed.
