307 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if Garda investigations have now been completed regarding an incident at a polling station (details supplied) in Dublin 7 on 6 June 1997, reported to them by Deputy Gregory; and the action, if any, being taken in this regard. I am informed by the Garda authorities that the incident in question was fully investigated by the Garda and a file forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecutions who directed that no proceedings be taken in the matter.
