322 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a dealing in the Land Registry Office will be completed for persons (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that all queries raised by the Land Registry Office were dealt with and the delay is causing severe financial hardship. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this aplication refers to a transfer of part. Replies to queries raised, received on 28 October 1997, are currently being examined. If there are no further difficulties it is expected that registration will be completed within ten days.
