61 Mr. Ferris asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will give details of the agenda for the General Affairs Council meeting held in October 1997; and the ministerial attendance at that meeting. [18096/97]

The agenda of the General Affairs Council meeting of 6-7 October 1997 consisted of the following items:
