I propose to take Questions Nos. 44, 80 and 88 together.

The Restrictive Practices (Groceries) Order, 1987, which remains in force, is being reviewed as part of its terms of reference by the Competition and Mergers Review Group under the chairmanship of Michael Collins, SC.

I do not intend taking any action in this regard until such time as I have received the final report of the review group and have considered its recommendations on the matter.
