90 Mr. L. Burke asked the Minister for Public Enterprise the plans or proposals, if any, from Telecom Éireann to provide a full digital phone service for the northern sector of Cork city; if there are plans to convert the exchange at Wellington Road for this purpose; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
