Question:

148 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Finance if he will supply a listing of all those who have been appointed by him to serve or to represent on the boards of Government agencies, semi-State bodies or other Government linked bodies, and the terms of office of those appointed in this regard. The following individuals have been appointed to the board of directors of ACC Bank plc since I assumed the position of Minister for Finance:

Two directors, one nominated and one elected, retire by rotation at each annual general meeting. In the normal course, a nominated director would serve for five years and an elected director for four years. The following individual was reappointed to the board of directors of the Central Bank since I assumed the position of Minister for Finance:
