181 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Health and Children if his Department will provide necessary funding for a centre (details supplied) in County Westmeath in order to keep this facility open; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19769/97]

The funding of the centre in question is a matter for the local health board. However, I am having the matter examined in conjunction with the health board concerned and I will communicate with the Deputy in due course.
