29 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Finance the discussions, if any, he has had with the Department of Public Enterprise regarding the implications for the Exchequer of the proposed sale of TEAM Aer Lingus; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19692/97]

I have had no discussions with the Department of Public Enterprise regarding the implications for the Exchequer of a possible sale of equity in TEAM Aer Lingus.

I would refer the Deputy to the answer given by the Minister for Public Enterprise to questions concerning TEAM Aer Lingus on 12 November last.
